VH Dissector™

The VH Dissector provides 3D visualizations and cross sections of photographic anatomy from the Visible Human Project®. With over 2000 identified structures, this unique program provides the ability to approach the human body from any combination of traditional views, including cross sectional, systemic, clinical, surface, regional and surgical anatomy.

Virtual Edge™

The Virtual Edge is a dissection/prosection guide, which leads students through the complex study of human gross anatomy using the VH Dissector. The Virtual Edge combines the light-hearted presentation style Mark B. Frasier has used to inspire students at Colorado State University for the past 15 years with the classical artwork, line drawings, and unique artistic enhancements of Visible Human anatomy provided by medical illustrator F. D. Giddings.

Anatomy Pathways™

Anatomy Pathways was created to guide pre-nursing and allied health A&P students through the required structures of the human body. Individual lessons are comprehensive yet concise enough to allow students to remain focused. Additionally, each lesson includes self-assessment in the form of drag and drop labeling exercises. All body systems are examined through manipulation and dissection of the VH Dissector specimen keeping students actively engaged in their own learning and mastery.

Surface Palpation Guide™

The Surface Palpation Guide leads the user through over 200 palpations by combining the interactive 3D and cross sectional anatomy of the VH Dissector, narrated clinical videos and information regarding positioning and communicating with the patient. The Surface Palpation Guide was written by Dr. Cheryl Riegger-Krugh as a curriculum for self-directed learning of the surface palpation portion of a physical examination course.
