VH Dissector 4.5.2
Version 4.5.2 of the VH Dissector fixes the following problems:
- Fixed a problem with unistalling lesson packs.
Mac
To update version 4.5 or higher of the VH Dissector Lite or Pro to version 4.5.2:
- Download the disk image by clicking on the "Download" button above appropriate for your edition of the VH Dissector.
- Open the installation package located on the disk image and follow the installation instructions to complete the update.
VH Dissector 4.5.1
Version 4.5.1 of the VH Dissector fixes the following problems:
- Added support for Microsoft Windows Vista.
- Fixed a problem with saving images where the highlight colors were improperly blended causing them to appear differently than they do on screen.
- Fixed a problem with saving files on Windows to locations where the file path had a '.' (period) in it.
- Fixed a problem when running from a network share on Windows where file locking would prevent multiple copies of the VH Dissector from being opened simultaneously.
- Fixed a problem with processing HTML lessons on Mac Intel machines.
Mac
To update version 4.5 of the VH Dissector Lite or Pro to version 4.5.1:
- Download the disk image by clicking on the "Download" button above appropriate for your edition of the VH Dissector.
- Open the installation package located on the disk image and follow the installation instructions to complete the update.
Windows
To update version 4.1 or 4.5 of the VH Dissector Lite or Pro to version 4.5:
- Download the "Update.exe" installation program by clicking on the "Download" button above appropriate for your edition of the VH Dissector.
- When prompted to "Run or Save" the file/program, choose "Run".*
- Once the download completes, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
* If you have Windows XP Service Pack 2 installed, after step 2 you will be warned that the "Publisher could not be verified" and asked if you still want to run the software. You may safely choose to run the software, however, if you do not feel comfortable with this you may contact ToLTech technical support to receive the update on CD-ROM for the cost of shipping and handling.
VH Dissector 4.5
Version 4.5 of the VH Dissector adds several new features including the ability to save favorites and organize curriculum in the form of lesson packs. This update is being provided free of charge to owners of the VH Dissector Lite or VH Dissector Pro version 4.1 via the downloads below.

To update version 4.1 of the VH Dissector Lite or Pro to version 4.5:
- Download the "Update.exe" installation program by clicking on the "Download" button above appropriate for your edition of the VH Dissector.
- When prompted to "Run or Save" the file/program, choose "Run".*

VH Dissector 4.1
Compatibility with WindowsME
Version 4.1 of the VH Dissector will not run on WindowsME due to a lack of Unicode support in the operating system. An update has been released as version 4.1.1 and can be obtained by contacting ToLTech technical support.
